• Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original works and not under review by other publications.
• A similarity check is conducted using Turnitin or equivalent software before the review process.
• The maximum similarity index allowed is 35%. Manuscripts exceeding this limit will be returned for revision or rejected.
• Plagiarism, duplicate submission, or fabrication of data found after publication will result in article retraction and a penalty fee of IDR 1,000,000, as stated in the Article Processing Charge (APC) policy.
• Authors are encouraged to properly cite all sources using IEEE citation style managed through Mendeley or Zotero.
